By downloading, installing, or using the Quantra AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Quantra AI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered stock market analysis, real-time market scanning, and educational content. The App offers:

• AI-generated analysis of stocks using technical indicators
• Real-time market scanning and alerts
• Watchlist management
• Paper trading simulation
• Market news aggregation

Important: All analysis and recommendations provided by Quantra AI are for informational and educational purposes only. They do NOT constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.

4. Subscription & Billing

Quantra AI offers subscription plans with the following terms:

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not have access to your payment information
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Quantra AI
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance and can cancel before the new price takes effect

5. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the App
• Redistribute, resell, or share AI analysis or content from the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Use the App to transmit malware or harmful code

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, is the property of Quantra AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for any investment losses based on App content
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantra AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
